Abstract The paper presents a new universal programmable portable measuring device (PMD) intended for the diagnostic and monitoring of hydraulic pneumatic equipment. PMD offers simple, complete, efficient remote solution is designed measurement, recording, processing data as well graphical visualization registered results on test stand or in operating site to measure parameters used servicing, repairing, monitoring, diagnosing Usually, fluidic characteristic quantities (pressure, flow rate, temperature), mechanical (position, linear speed, rotational force, torque, shaft power), electrical (voltage, current, power) measured. with WiFi communication adopted transfer measurement via Industry Internet Things (IIoT) technology online Sensors, controllers, other devices are connected computing gateway their respective protocols.
